The whole experience was very pleasant from start to finish, would recomand. The property was fairly clean and chic, had ideal staff and location. There was lots of options for breakfast, including cereals, pastries and yoghourt, I loved it.

By and large, it was great place for sightseeing in New York, had much fun and met amicable staff at the reception desk. Cereals, pastries and yoghourt were good, we loved meals they served.

Everything was very good, excellent service, peaceful location near bus stops, subway. Stayed there before, the staff was as always welcoming. Got carpeted, modern looking room with cute decoration. Plenty of food, which was amazing to satisfy everyone. Don't forget to explore Manhattan district. We had very very good 6 days here, would recommend.

Decent staff, decent location and RICH breakfast. The deluxe double room was ideal for our weekend. Easy check in and very good service. Had access to its wifi, it was excellent. Liked New York, the hotel was small.

I liked staff and location and lovely bed. Nice building, fairly clean and great size bedroom. The hotel was a cosy base for enjoying a stunning area. Great restaurant and main bar available.

Actually everything was lovely. Location and staff were exceptional, the restaurant was cosy. The gardens were nice here. Besides, the parking was on-site. Kind hotel in cute area. I enjoyed the lunch in the nearby Kraft.

the hotel was luxury, i loved atmospheric rooms and genuinely helpful staff. best possible location - 10 min walk from the subway station. soft beds, climate control, a laptop-compatible safe and a writing table were a nice touch. the staff did all they can for an awesome stay. had complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.
